When Returns Are Accepted

How to Report an Issue

Contact us at aop@iglou.com within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will respond within 2 business days with a resolution.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide a return label at our expense.
Customers are responsible for return shipping in all other situations.
