Order Processing

  • Standard orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Custom or bulk orders may take longer based on complexity and volume. An estimated timeline will be shared during order confirmation.
  • Rush orders may be accepted on request for an additional fee.

Custom Orders

We welcome custom design requests. If you have a logo, image, or concept in mind, send it to aop@iglou.com or call 866-543-5228.
We may provide a digital proof upon request. Minor edits are included in the quote. More extensive design changes may be billed separately.

All submitted artwork must be owned or licensed by the client. We do not accept liability for copyright or trademark violations.

Shipping Information

  • We ship throughout the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Tracking information will be shared via email after dispatch.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Beyond this window, cancellations are not guaranteed if production has already started.
